Hi! My name is Nita Jain and I am a private chef certified in plant-based nutrition through The Center of Nutrition Studies at Cornell University.ย  My passion is creating whole grain, plant-based recipes for everyone to enjoy. In addition to cooking classes and demos, I maintain TaazaTable; a blog featuring many delicious recipes.ย  The word “taaza” means “fresh”, and I look forward to sharing my love for fresh, plant-based cooking with you.
