Vegan Thai Dinner: Thai crunch salad with peanut dressing, fragrant Thai red curry, and jasmine rice. You will learn how to make your own delicious and authentic Thai curry paste from scratch instead of settling for store bought paste.
Recipe and a list of all ingredients and equipment needed will be provided and we will also discuss ways you can make substitutions if you cannot locate certain ingredients in your area or have allergies.
