Tatyanna’s Apps and Drink Party

Virtual Event Virtual Event

February 19 @ 7:00 pm 9:00 pm EDT

It is Tatyanna’s Birthday and we are going to celebrate!

Join us for a night of food, drinks, and laughs.

What to Expect:

For the food side of things, we will be having some fun with laminated dough, better known as puff pastry.  There are a ton of purposes for such an awesome dough both sweet & savory which made narrowing down the fun were going to have very difficult.  So, we will be going with 1 sweet & 1 savory appetizer that will pair with some delicious libations, but we can talk about all of the other creations you can make with puff pastry using the techniques you will learn in this class.  We will be making spinach feta puffs & French apple turnovers.  Below are the ingredients & equipment you will need to have at the ready prior to the class.

Use the shopping lists below to pick up everything you need from the store. When it is time for the party, find some space on the counter, get your supplies ready and join the zoom call. From there our incredible hosts will take over and make sure everyone has a great time!

All participants must be at least 21 years old.
