Farm to Table Strawberry Salad

Farm to Table Salad: Make a salad with fresh strawberries, candied walnuts, pickled onions, goat cheese, mustard vinaigrette and topped with salmon.
The class will focus on fundamentals of knife chops, pickling/candying, prepping and cooking Salmon, and how to make vinaigrette from scratch.
Recipe and a list of all ingredients and equipment needed will be provided and we will also discuss ways you can make substitutions if you cannot locate certain ingredients in your area or have allergies.
