Brunch :: Eggs Benedict
Lets brunch it up! In this class we will be learning how to make a restaurant favorite right in your own kitchen. Benedicts can be done many ways but we will focus on the traditional style, learning how to make a delicate hollandaise from scratch to tips and tricks for the perfect poached egg.
Recipe and a list of all ingredients (estimated at ~$35) and equipment needed will be provided and we will also discuss ways you can make substitutions if you cannot locate certain ingredients in your area or have allergies.
