Beginners Sushi Rolling Class

Join us for our first beginner’s sushi class as we make a shrimp tempura roll, spicy tuna roll & a California roll!
Though this is an intro to sushi rolling, it is one of our higher skilled cooking classes requiring a few more ingredients and equipment. This being said, the equipment you will need along with some of the ingredients can be used many times over to use what you will learn to impress friends or just prepare dinner for the family.
There will also be some light prep work of precooking the sushi rice so that is slightly cooled and ready to roll. Recipe will be sent in the email with the ingredients and supplies. Sushi is great because there are so many different options, the staples are in the grocery list but will provide an optional list that you can purchase at your discretion.
We will be focusing on the two different types of rolls, and making shrimp tempura roll, spicy tuna roll & the California roll. After learning these techniques the limits are only your imagination! We will also be making some tasty sauces to garnish our rolls with. If you have never been to an international market, this class is going to take you there to get some of these items, it is a great experience! Every time Chef Jereme goes with his family he tries something new!
